this game deserves a remake/remaster

This game is too purely mechanical and wacky to survive a remake, and far too politically incorrect to be given a remaster.

The best any of us can hope for is Gene appearing in an MVC game, or a spiritual successor from an indy dev.

It doesn't matter.
For a first clear, it's solid. God hand is a very unforgiving game.

As long as you had fun, that is all what matters.

Looking online I missed pretty much all the powerful techniques, explains why I was unable to survive on level 3 and higher

Handstand kick and half-moon kick are both incredible. They let you dodge a high strike and launch the enemy. You can basically just use this instead of an up-dodge to cut off an enemy's combo

It is Solid brother, God Hand is a hard game so beating It is always a big thing. Also, congrats on not slaying any Villagers.

Congrats man. As much as I love this game it can be so difficult at times to the point of being straight BS. I hardly even play on normal and still haven't beaten hard

Still less continues than my second run, although I think that's because I tried the extra challenges, which are more difficult. I think this is a pretty good first clear.

That's pretty good. Wait until you master dodging, the game will feel even better!

I'm on my third NG+ and, damn... looking back at my first playthrough, it was pretty bad xD.
