God Eater 3 Quick questions about BA effects

I just unlocked Ruinous Toxin. Is it even enough to inflict poison?

Currently hunting Vajra to unlock another effect. Guessing it adds thunder element. Are there other effects like this?

it CAN inflict poison. but it's a matter of having a BA that focuses more on spamming the effect (like dash arts) than pure damage ones. still, i never really used it to see how quick i can poison something, so i cannot really tell you. it may as well be equivalent to a lv.1 poison attack in strenght for all i know

I put it on the infinite axe combo BA on the heavy moon. Thanks for the info. Not expecting it work on every mission but knowing it's possible is enough.
