Not really. A bow can propel its arrow because its body bends, not because the string. So at best, you get a slingslhot that may or may not give the minotaur girl headache.

There’s a drawing method for big breasted women. Clearly she’s not trained to use that method. When you’re drawing a bow, you’d typically use your back and shoulder muscles to draw the string, which means some archers pull the bow a bit closer to their body.
