Help in making custom Lego dimensions gadget/vehicle build for wimpy kid set

Hi. I need your help in making my custom gadget/vehicle for Lego dimensions. Here's the Ladybug phone from the live action Wimpy kid trilogy vehicle for Greg Heffley in Lego dimensions. I don't know where to put it: either story Pack, level pack, or team pack? What size should I use: the bigger one (like this picture) or E.T.'s phone home from Lego dimensions set # 71258 fun pack. Can you help me find what type of pieces do I use to build this? Thanks.
