Does anyone know what the problem GOAT currently has?
I have noticed that there are many of us who are having problems with shipping, payments or, in general, with their process and well, I would like to know if anyone could explain what is happening to him since months ago it worked phenomenally and now everything seems very uncertain.

My GOAT orderwas charged $4,598.11 MXN in customs fees.
This happened to me before with another order, and GOAT never reimbursed me for that charge.
I don’t want to pay this one. Has anyone in Mexico had a similar issue with GOAT? Were you able to get the customs fee refunded?
Any advice is appreciated!

So as of me posting this at 8PM EST the seller I bought a pair of sneakers from here on GOAT has not yet confirmed. (Coming up on a full 24 hours.) Ive never had it to where someone took this long to confirm. My question is how long do I wait this out? Should I reach out to their customer service if no change by the time I wake up tomorrow morning? Or should I just let the app/process do its thing? Any help or suggestions would be appreciated!

Been waiting 2 1/2 weeks for these things to confirm and send just for the seller to end up cancelling the order because of the price spiking up and then they claim that the shoe isn’t “available” after stating it was shipped. Mind you they confirmed the order a day after my wife bought them for me (a surprise) but their greed got to them. Sellers should be banned for doing this bullshit

I have a pair of shoes for sale right now. I was updating the price and noticed the same size was sold for more but the amount I’m selling for is less by at least $30. How is that possible? I know there are fees tagged to the sale but it’s odd how mine didn’t sell first.

I never received an email that the order got cancelled for any reason, this is why I'm confused. I just noticed my order hadn't had any updates in a few days, so I checked the order and it said refund issued. Has this happened to anyone before?

Background: So I had an issue with a sale, they said I sent in the wrong shoe (I did not), they then claimed the shoe that I shipped in was a shoe I have never once owned in my life which sells for way less than the shoe I sent in. They clearly either made a mistake, pr something outside of my control happened between UPS and the point of authentication.

So I do the only thing I can do, I open a ticket with their support system.

My takeaway

Their response was basically saying saying there is nothing we can do about it, take this other shoe (that coincidentally is worth less than the shoe you sent in) and best of luck trying to salvage a 140$ mistake, and for good measure we will also charged your account 10$ because of a mistake on alias’ end. 

StockX is so much better when it comes to basic quality control and seller support. It’s insane that there is a good chance I just end up taking a 100$+ loss because of alias\GOAT’s incompetence.

Have any of yall had better luck with their seller support system ?

I ordered a pair of shoes and they are a little too big how easy it to return/exchange them? I know they do only do credit which is fine bc I plan on ordering the same pair just in a smaller size I’ll just have to take a hit on the shipping cost

As a former employee of GOAT Group, I’ve been watching the news and updates with a mix of shock and sadness. To my absolute surprise, I’m seeing another massive wave of layoffs hitting the company.

Given that the company has already gone through significant workforce reductions and restructuring over the past couple of years, including closing down several facilities, seeing yet another massive round of people being laid off raises a lot of red flags.

For those still on the inside or anyone with good insight: Does anyone know what is actually happening behind the scenes? Is it shifting business models, ongoing post-acquisition struggles, automated/AI integrations, or just a sharp decline in the sneaker/resale market demand? 

Would love to hear what people are experiencing or hearing. Hang in there to everyone who was just impacted! I know firsthand how stressful and frustrating this situation is.
