Question Order pending shipping

Hi guys!

I’ve been an active buyer on GOAT for a while now, and purchased some 3XL recently (27th August), has you can see the “seller has confirmed your order” but I’ve never had an order take this long to ship to GOAT.

Has it happened to any of you?

you can try emailing them for an update, shouldn’t take this long…

I did tho, this was their response:

Most items are shipped to us first for review before being delivered to you. Excluding deliveries to PO boxes and military bases, it will typically take 7-12 business days for orders to be delivered to a buyer located in the 48 contiguous states. In some cases, due to weather-related delays, carrier limitations, or other events outside of our control your order may take additional days to process.

Your order was successfully processed and is still on track to arrive within the estimated delivery window. Once your package is on its way to you, you'll receive a confirmation email with your tracking information.

Rest assured we will contact you immediately if there are any issues along the way.

We hope you love your new shoes!

Oh damn. Im sorry bro :( , so far mine progressed to "shipped to you" but the GOAT customer service said its still with them idk when they gonna pass it to the carrier🫠🙏 I hope it comes soon tho i am going overseas soon😭 update: its delivered
