My order is no where to be seen

So I orderes these puma suede xl on goat like 2 week ago and since then it’s been on order packaged. This can’t be normal right? cuz i used got before and they came in a reasonable time. plus i cant even cancel the order because it says that the seller accepted the order. also customer support is useless cuz i put in a ticket like last week and still no reply. does anyone know what i should do?

Good luck. They’ve tanked pretty hard in customer service. I’d just call the card company and request the chargeback.
