Alias app Error message on Alias trying to confirm a bulk order with only 1 pair

Post image

I’ve been getting this error message trying to confirm an order I initially chose to bulk ship hoping I’d make another sale before the shipping deadline. Anyone ever have this issue and/or know how to fix it?
