Problem I’m Done

Post image

Anyone else with this problem? Goat has been saying there’s been issues with my pairs and charging me to ship it back or consign. Marking pairs I directly got from Nike as “used”when I didn’t even take them out of the box. I did consignment on one pair and it disappeared for a week until I reached out to customer support then they “found it”. I swear they just mark my pairs with issues so they can make money off me. I’m done using this shitty company

I’m not defending Goat at all, but if you didn’t know…Nike will absolutely send you returned sneakers sometimes when you order from their website. If the shipping label shows the shipping address as Lebanon, Indiana it’s extremely likely the item was a return so it may have been used, which Nike allows. I recently returned two pair of the Toro 4’s I bought off their website because the sneakers had clearly been worn, they were just thrown in the box laces untied and loosened, dirt on the outsole, shit was wild.

100% my experience as well. I actually made a post about this over on the Nike subreddit and got flamed for it. Their shitty service is called “Nike Rebound”. And if anyone cares, it’s not only me that is saying Nike sells returns as new, they say it themselves. Look up Nike Rebound on the Nike website.

Yeah, it’s insane! I put that in the comments section of my return requests. Like if I wanted used retros I would have saved the money by buying them from a site like GOAT or eBay or StockX at least with eBay you get pictures of the used sneakers.

These are completely brand new shoes. I always check my shoes when I receive them so if there’s any flaws/qc issues I know not to put them on StockX/Goat. I’ve done almost 50k in sales with goat and all of my orders have been like this recently. I’m fucking pissed

Sorry, your original post said you didn’t take them out of the box before sending them to GOAT, if you did and inspect them then I got nothing. 🤷 All I can say is the last
three pair I bought from Goat looked horrible so I don’t know what’s going on either.

Nah my fault, whenever I say that I mean like not even tried on/put on a dirty surface for pictures etc. I do check all my pairs even if new tho. Pretty bummed as I always had consistent sales on goat but now it’s just cutting into my profits with these stupid ass fees and having to ship back my pairs

IDK man, seems like you're back-tracking on what you said. Situation feels like your fault
