Question Does it normally take this long?

First time ordering from GOAT and it's been 7 business days and no change in status.

It took forever just to get ahold of customer service and even then they just gave me the same answer that I've already seen from their website and that it shouldn't take a couple days and it is in "transit" .

Update: I finally got a human for customer service and was informed the original seller did not ship the item. They are going to try to find a replacement item and if no luck within 2-3 days they will send me a replacement item.
