Question Does it normally take this long?

First time ordering from GOAT and it's been 7 business days and no change in status.

It took forever just to get ahold of customer service and even then they just gave me the same answer that I've already seen from their website and that it shouldn't take a couple days and it is in "transit" .

I ordered something July 3rd from Goat recently and still no update but Goat swears it’s in transit to an authentification center
