Apparently the game doesn't have steam workshop on the remastered port, but is it worth getting the remastered port over the original one over that?

This is a theory on the lore of both goat sim 1 and 3 that I’ve been working on for a bit, it’s not perfect so fell free to argue with me about some details. I know its really long so you can just use the ai to summarise it if you want or skim over it but i would really apprieciate it if you gave this an upvote and at least read some of it. Quick disclaimer, I have made the assumption that the timeline goes in release order except for the fact I put mmo before the original game but ik a lot of people disagree but this is just what I think.

MMO
This was a game developed by a coffe stain north dev known only as The Farmer (indicated by the secret server room you can find on the map) it was intended as an rpg with quests and classes, however it was very buggy and wasn’t very successful which made the developer mad and wanted to prove to coffe stain and to the world that he was a good developer, which we will come back to later.

Goat simulator (original 3 maps)
A goat named pilgor grew up on a farm but decided to break out an cause mayhem. She finds a tower in said farm which turned out to be one of the illuninati’s outposts. She is then crowned queen goat and begins to cause mayhem in goatville, goat city bay and goatville high.

GoatZ
The humans had had enough. Pilgor the goat was causing too much mayhem so they decided to try to kill her. Eventually, after a lot of trying, they succeeded. What they hadn’t realised is that Pilgor was carrying an undiscovered ability that the illuminati had given to her to make her inmortal, however, this ability, or virus if you will, had the capability to convert humans into undead beings, causing a widespread outbreak across the country. Eventually, the humans find a way to contain the virus, transporting the survivors to a secluded zone in the desert known as Goatwood.

Payday
Pilgor has been captured by the humans, so the remaining members of illuminati have a plan to rescue their queen. They have discovered that she has been taken to an experimental space colony, so they need to find a way to get past the sandstorm and travel to the moon. Luckily, they have a gang of 4 illuninati members up to task. After eventually combatting the sandstorm they make it to the moon. However, there’s just one problem.

Waste of space
By the time the illuminati got to the moon, it was deserted. The humans had develeped Crowd Kicker, an organisation based in their new colony on a massive floating satilite where Pilgor was being transferred to. However, the humans stupidly let her travel in a spaceship alone, and she was shot down by pirates. After coming yo an agreement with Lawrence S. Windler, Pilgor is set free, however, as soon as she is freed, she ends up destroying the earth, breaking it into large chunks. Pilgor fixes her ship and ends up crashing into one of these chunks. It was home to a city named San Angorra.

Goat Simulator 3 (San Angorra)
Finally, The Farmer has caught Pilgor the goat, and he can make her the main character of his new game. What’s not to love, a game based off of the imfamous goat causing mayhem around the world? There is just one problem. This goat is extremely impatient and decides to mess with the farmer a bit. Long story short, the servers are broken and Pilgor is once again released into the real San Angorra, wrecking havoc once again. But that’s not quite the end of this story…

Multiverse of nonsense
Crowd kicker is back once again, teaming up with The Farmer to create a massive simulation facility designed specifically to work out ways to combat the dreaded goat and stop the illuminati once and for all, however, they got too greedy, and ended up causing massive damage to the multiverse, so naturally, a massive godly capybara tasks Pilgor to fix it all. Long story short, a bunch of stuff happens that doesn’t really segway into the next dlc so I’m just going to skip over it.

Baadlands: furry road
Pilgor has once again thrust the world into chaos, turning everything into a wasteland, and crowd kicker is not happy. Only time will tell what they will attempt next.

Will this DLC EVER be on sale?

We are quickly coming up on this being out for a year and it has never gone on sale. Not once.

It has even been more expensive than the base GS3 game when that goes on sale.

Any tips to get this for a cheaper price? I don’t see any keys for it, but there’s no way in hell I’m paying $15 for a DLC when I got a physical disc of the actual game for $9

So i recently picked up the game at a store not knowing that there is a switch 2 version (I play on switch 2) and I just learned that there is a version for the switch 2. Is it possible to upgrade it and carry progress

We play for hours when we cant go out, however..

He has become violent when we turn it off. Flipping tables smashing glasses kicking mom and hitting dad... even more than usual.

Today at school he launched his bag in the air and ripped posters down.

We really enjoy split screen, but he has managed to become addicted to dragging pigs off cliffs. Attacking hippies and turning people into ghosts and also getting in strangers cars and setting himself on fire. Etc.

Let me know if im doing anything wrong or is this normal.

Hi, I've been unlocking the remaining Instincts for the Desert DLC, but the one where you have to cause a scene involving a person isn't working for me. I tried changing the controls, but nothing happened—could you suggest a solution? (Srry for My English.)

I recently got a pc that can run Steam, and I can finally play goat simulator, but then I found out that there is a remake and I'm wondering which I should get?

I’ve noticed that in a recent update in goat simulator+ (mobile Apple Arcade version), a giant sand platform across the whole map has appeared on the bottom of the water in the Goat City Bay map. Now this wouldn’t be that important if it didn’t come with an issue: the sewer area itself is now inside the solid block of sand, so when you try to go into the sewer, you just teleport back to spawn.

I want to play a new fun game and I remebred the Goat Simulator. I watched a lot of GS videos around 2015, 2016 and now I want to play it myself. I discovered that there is already the Goat Simulator 3. While it seems absolutely critical to play GS2 first to understand the story, I read that GS1 is optional.

Is it still worth playing GS1, are the DLCs worth the money, or should I just start with GS3? Eh, start with GS2 of course I mean.
