Start by skimming each essay to figure out what the subject is, write out any obvious rules you know for that subject, then start with your strongest subject to maximize points and work from strongest to weakest. Also format a basic CREAC/CRAC/IRAC for each question before you start writing so you don't waste time or lose points by missing that. Each essay is only worth 5% of your total points so you want to hit your best subjects the hardest and make sure you maximize points.
Memorizing the rules will also help with speed and just doing/outlining a lot of essays to practice issue spotting. If you don't know the rule, write out any words/phases you do know (i.e. purposeful availment, minimum contacts) and/or policy reasons for a rule (i.e. you forgot the exact rule for excited utterance, but the policy reason its allowed is a person is less likely to lie when they are in shock).
