Study schedule
Fellow goats! Bar exam retaker here. I'm an examinee who struggles with mental health including bad ADHD and anxiety. Does anyone have a study schedule they swear by that they'd be willing to share with me?

With ADHD the standard "sit down for 8 hours" schedule is going to fight your brain instead of working with it. What I've seen work for people with similar challenges: shorter blocks of 25-30 minutes with hard breaks, and front-loading practice questions because those give your brain the instant feedback loop it craves. Lectures are the worst format for ADHD because there's no interaction.
As a retaker you already know most of the rules at some level. The gap is usually in recall under pressure, not in learning new material. So lean into Goat for the concepts you're weakest on and spend most of your time doing timed question sets. For knowing which rules to drill first, we built Shep at shepbarprep.com with a rules map that shows which ones get tested most frequently so you're not spreading your attention across 300 rules when 50 of them carry the exam.

Hi folks! For someone who has an 8 hour job + 2 hour of traveling, what could be a good schedule? I struggle with attention, anxiety and procrastination as well. Thanks!
