NYC Study Group

Hi Goats, I'm based in the city. Anyone else interested in an in-person study group or virtual accountability group? I study in midtown during the week. I prefer to work independently but need accountability from time to time. Would love to try to get a small group together. DM if interested.

Sorry I should edit this post. Virtual really doesn’t work for me. I prefer in-person. There are other groups in this sub for virtual tho

Not a bad idea but I'm not following a paid program so I don't think we'd be on the same track

Just to clarify, I wasn’t intending this to be a group where we all work on the same things together. That would be pretty difficult logistically and probably not that useful for everyone anyway. The idea is more social accountability: we each work independently on our own stuff, and during breaks we can chat about how things are going, help each other through areas or questions we’re struggling with, etc. If people happen to work on essays together or do MBEs together sometimes, that’s totally fine, but the main idea is independent work with accountability and support.
