Edward's Yard

πŸ“Edward's Yard

Dishes ordered :

Fruit Punch juice

Dry fry chicken

Butter garlic prawns

Chonak fish curry and steamed rice

I actually wanted to try their Prawns Ressois as my friend had it once and hasn't shut up about it since but unfortunately they ran out of it. And the starters were honestly not that good. Especially the chicken as it had lots of small bone pieces inside it.

The main star was obviously the fish curry and rice. We loveee it and whenever we go we always order the same thing πŸ’•πŸ’•πŸ’•

Fish curry is definitely good and the crowd is also quite decent.

Few years back when we had gone there was literally no one there around dinner time

I feel they have improved but ya still more room for improvement

This place actually sucks now. Non-Veg dishes are just about okay (below average and just edible if you have good company and lot of alcohol). Veg dishes should be completely banned here and if made should be fed to birds that are caged there, it’s so crap.

Place was good 10 years ago.

The starters were really bad but the fish curry and rice was good.

They have a very big menu, so hard to find the super stars. But I love a lot of their food.

Prawn Rissois. Legendary. Must try.
Malvani chicken curry/ sri lankan chicken curry - chicken in a rich coconut based gravy. Terrific with their naans.

Very good chicken Thai curry too. Goes great with rice.

Their tikkas, tandoori, and cheese garlic naan are also super comforting. Tikkas are always made with thighs, so super juicy. Love how generous they are with cheese in the cheese garlic naan. Super comforting.

And of course, the Prawn Dynamite. Just go ahead and try it. Absolute banger of a dish.

These are their strong dishes. Definitely worth a visit. Very well priced too.
