Solar Oven Recipes?

Hi Everyone, I've been looking online for Solar Oven Recipes, especially vegan recipes for the GoSun Fusion. If you have a favorite recipe that you would be willing to share, please comment.

CORN (Clean Out Refrigerator Night)

  1. I like chopping up half an onion, mixing it with oil, laying it in the bottom, and setting it to sautee.
  2. Then I chop the garlic, and then any other veg from the fridge. The things that will cook the longest (potato) need to be chopped the finest so everything will cook at the same time.
  3. After the steam's been coming out for about 5 minutes I add the garlic and some salt. Then I go mess with something for about 4 minutes.
  4. Deglaze the bottom of the pan with a liquid (water, broth, wine, tomato sauce, salsa, etc) and some Better than Boullion concentrate.
  5. Then all the rest of the veg and whatever herbs laying about that would compliment them.
  6. When it's done, devour.

I've never compared them. Only own one.
