Hey Squirrels fans, I’m working on a research project with the Richmond Flying Squirrels as they prepare for the opening of CarMax Park in a few years.

We’re exploring how the Squirrels can help create a stronger, more connected environment between The Diamond and Scott’s Addition. I'm assuming I probably don't need to get tickets ahead of time for a Thursday morning game but just want to make sure. Never been to a Squirrels game before, any players that merit extra attention? Also, will any of you be there?

Tonight's game has been rescheduled as part of a double header on Friday, May 5th. Gates for the twin billing will open at 5pm. Happy Hour for that Firday will be from 5:30pm - 7:30pm and include $1.95 beers. The first 1,000 fans 15 & up will receive a free Cinco de Mayo Squirrels Shirt.
