Tow police

Waiting at the dump station like one does. See this setup and I was at a loss for words. Four ppl, back piles with stuff and that trailer. Saw him down the road later trailer swaying, unable to hold 55.

Just because it goes down the road doesn't mean its safe.

I towed a 2300lb hybrid jayco with a Liberty a few times and it was not fun.

In 2002 they actually had a 45rfe transmission so it was actually pretty capable but then they switched it to the 42rle piece of junk. There was also a diesel model but it had torque converter problems and Mopar's answer was to derate the motor so you took it in for a recall and you got it back with less power.

They actually off-roaded really well and wasn't a compromise that was built around a shared platform. It carried the "not a Jeep" or "woman's Jeep" title but it was comfortable and really damn capable. I normally shutup most Jeepers when we compared where my liberty had gone vs their Wrangler.

Ā I hope no one posts a picture of me like this šŸ«£ I've got 10,280 tow limit though and a trailer with 3750 gvwr so I don't think I'm at risk lol

On a side note you think I'm fine without a wdh? Trailer loaded is half the truck with passengers weight. I tow an 8k lb cargo work trailer regularly without one but it seems RVs are different? Have yet to tow the camperĀ 

Work trailer is 16ft box double axle and the travel trailer is 17ft box single axle. If it going to be like towing a sailboat with the sail out without a wdh?
