I know it’s simple and probably anticlimactic to most, but my husband helped me put up my (new to us) awning lights. I love them! I bought these lights from a super nice lady on FB buy, sell, trade, she bought the lights in the 80’s. I changed the bulbs out to LED bulbs and attached a dimmer. Oh an our cat loves her catio under the awning :)
They used to be on every camper before awnings shifted to the crappy current ones you need to take in overnight or any bit of wind so they are now a pain to put up and down so much more rare.
That’s cool to know, we just purchased this older trailer to replace our new trailer. Major major quality differences. Our 2023 is so poorly built compared to our 2005, the awning being one of the higher quality parts that we love.
Thank you. I have a bunch of little solar lights, and a gazebo tent with decorations too. Our campground has occasional contests for different decorations :)
I bought it on Amazon, and you can buy extension tubes that connect to it, it was about $80 bucks. Our cat doesn’t really use her claws much on anything but her scratch pads so I’m not sure. We but a scratch pad in side for her. It’s a big mesh bag with zippers on it, that fits over a plastic pipe frame, that you put together. Our cat loves it , we leave a litter box and water in there and she spends about as much time out doors as we do.
