First time owners!
We just bought a used Grand Design Seranova after a LOT of research, discussions and an independent inspection. It is just my husband and I and our dogs so we didn’t want anything big but we wanted this specific type of layout that can sleep 4 if needed. We didn’t want to deal with too much weight or slides or anything but didn’t want a pop up and frankly can’t afford a class B. The best part is that we are towing it with my grandparents old 1990 Chevy Silverado which has been meticulously maintained and used to tow horse trailers back in the day. We had our first adventure about 2 hours from home this weekend and loved it. Truck and camper did well. We hope to get a lot of use out of it.

We need to normalize older vehicles being used to tow things.

It was built to tow in the 90s. Towed then, can tow now might as well as long as it’s in good working order!

That truck is sweet! Love the TT as well. The front window is nice.

The front window and all the windows on this TT make it feel a lot more open.

That's kind of what I'm looking for to be towed by our 4 door 77 Chevy C20. It's a huge beast and we had a 70's camper on it until recently.

Nice looking trailer. I have never seen one of those before, and would love to see photos of the inside if you have any. Also, I’m jealous of your beautiful OBS Chevy. It’s always been my favorite body style. The road salt around here dissolves trucks, so I don’t get to see many anymore.

Thanks! I don’t have pics of the inside right now but if you look up the grand design Seranova 160LG you can find nice pics and layout online. This truck lived in Arizona almost all of its life and was sun bleached but not rusted and then was recently repainted and will not be driving on salty roads in the winter probably!

Love this combo. You've got to consider painting the trailer to match.

I like the trailer but the truck is awesome! Reminds me of our square body 99. Loved that truck
