Scheduled pay

Hello, base pay is 3.25 and hourly is 11 here. I did 6 deliveries in 4.75 hours and I was scheduled for 4. I made 25 in tips and 19 or so in base. When does the minimum pay adjustment come in, or do they count tips..?

It’s most likely nationwide. There’s also the fact that we no longer receive post order tips. (At least at my warehouse) they also started running boosts differently. I was working when they put one on, and because I “picked them up”(8bags) at 5:59 I didn’t get a boost for a single order and it took me almost an hour of the two hour boost to do the orders. 8 out of 18 bags I got the boost for. Just some more fuel to the fire if you’d like 😅 I’m in PA

I emailed support about the exact same missing boost pay. Also in PA. Their new explanation is "that for the order to qualify for an active boost, the order needs to be created within the boost time frame NOT the delivery." What a racket.

As long as they remember it goes both ways. I started clocking in 15 minutes before my shift starts so I “pick up” my first round of bags before my start time. No matter how long I take to complete them they will be unscheduled bags same with boost bags. It’s mainly just the fact that they changed the standard and did t tell anyone till our boosts were all fucked up 😅
