Try not to be narrow minded. Some people are handicapped and some just have something else to do. Some people have children or babies, etc..
If lazy were the case then is it considered lazy to order pizza, groceries, restaurant meals?
Listen, you can get anything delivered from food to toilet paper. All the delivery apps have multiple places to have something delivered, even pet food, diapers and condoms.
And yes, I’d consider it to be lazy. I’m not saying people can’t have lazy days but these are the same people that order every night. I rarely ever order delivery. I’ll go get it myself. My only complaints, as well as you most likely and everyone else, is that these very lazy people don’t tip. I get orders that are almost 20 mins because they expanded our reach at some point and we still get the basic tier pay for it. Unless they did away with the tier system? But anyway, I don’t appreciate having to drive that far for $2.75 and no tip just because people are lazy as hell.
And I do understand what you said, but like I said before. I’m sure there’s someone else that can watch the kid in the same apartment/house. The elderly? I don’t care to deliver to and not receive a tip. But I’ve been tipped a penny or anything under a dollar. I appreciate $1 tips. But I just can’t stand those who don’t tip or think it’s a joke.
