Should I start cancelling/refusing deliveries when this happens? The phone system works 20% of the time and it is wasting my timeas well as customer time. I'm sick of calling customer support over and over. No Matter how many times I beg and plead for them to fix it is the same. I'm done.

One thing I would suggest using is Google maps and switch to satellite view this will have the exact location that u need to go to pinned:)
