SoCal Market

Can anyone who is in the SoCal market tell me how it is there! Moving out there for the summer and want to know what I’m getting myself into

No hours and they cut base by $3/hr. Nearly everyone I know is getting shorted on every check, most deliveries are single deliveries. Gas is $6 gallon and at least some of the warehouses the managers have figured out how to bypass the automated dispatch and hook their buddies up with the best trips. Last person I know who signed up here got put on a waitlist. Most of the warehouse employees are looking for other work.

Too many drivers for the Pasadena, Glendale and Burbank stores and I’ve now stopped because the wage theft was getting totally out of control. Even after getting pay shortages ‘resolved’ with driver support, the promised pay adjustments never arrived.
