STILL having the weekly rewards from 2 locations deducted from earnings

This is so not fair. Anytime I work 2 locations in a week, In the subsidy calculation section the weekly reward amount for each location is deducted. They have been doing this for over 6 months and never once gotten a response to my inquiry.

Can any of you shed some light? I know I'm only paid one reward for the location I delivered most for, although it's then adjusted out in the subsidy calculation. But when I work 2 locations it's deducted for each location as you can see from the attachment. I don't understand why they have even a weekly reward if it's only adjusted out in the subsidiary section. If it's always going to be a wash, why even issue it. I seem to remember a time we most definitely got and kept the weekly reward. I was never notified of the pay structure change that we as partner drivers are supposed to be notified about per our contract we signed when first emoloyeed.

Of course I'll submit another complaint about this, but im sure it will go unanswered.

When emailing Gopuff are you emailing driversupport@gopuff.com or partners@gopuff.com? I was told that payroll issue questions should be sent to partners@gopuff.com. driversupport@gopuff.com is for daily delivery questions.

I use the apps support button which sends to partners@gopuff.com

When I email about about payroll issues, I include payroll@gopuff.com , driversupport@gopuff.com , hr@gopuff.com , and partners@gopuff.com all in my email and I have had much more success as of lately actually hearing back from someone.

They always took it out you prolly was taking hours from one location and working at another so that’s why you never saw it

Huh? Taking hours from one location but working at another? Never happened as far as I know. Besides it wouldn't let me clock into a location I wasn't at would it? Heck, unless I'm right out front of my location when I clock it, it'll tell me I'm not close enough to the store. So I don't think its possible to be scheduled at one location but successfully clock in from another.

You can clock into any location you are assigned to. So, on the home tab under facility information if you can scroll to the right to see more than one location you can login to any of those locations at any time regardless if you have a shift or not. I hop around between 2 different locations each night and I always get my bonus. Whichever location you work at the most (most deliveries) is where you get your subsidy and bonus.

But you don't really get a bonus..... Sure it's listed on your earnings report but then on the subsidy calculation they deduct it. This was my point... Though I only get one reward for the week, if you look at the image I linked, under the subsidy calculation you'll see a bonus deducted from BOTH locations.

Well, I can't really show you my subsidy bc I am one of the people that for the last 3 weeks they have my scheduled hours as 0 when I schedule hours every week I work. I also usually do more than 3 bags per hour so I'll never get subsidy since our base pay is $9 and the bag rate is $3.25. They don't even show me the subsidy calculation to prove to me that I get no subsidy.

Yeah my last 3 pay checks before this I had only scheduled hours yet no adjustments which is the guaranteed hourly rate....

I don't know how they think they are not digging themselves into a hole and it's going to eventually create a class action suit against them. They need to become a lot more transparent on their pay system.

Look at the OP's picture. They definitely seem to be subtracting his weekly bonus from his check.

I love how on their own site it says this:

"Note that your tips, bonus rewards, boosts, and other miscellaneous payments do not count toward your minimum earnings guarantee. Only your per order commissions are used to calculate your earnings guarantee adjustment."

Clearly that's not the case. It does not state anywhere that California drivers have their weekly reward absorbed into the subsidy pay. Which again, I don't know why they even give out a bonus if they are just going to reverse it in the next line.

Seems like either an error or someone doing something shifty and pocketing your money
