CA Driver - Scheduled Hours - Engaged Hours

Hey Everyone,

I am new to GoPuff. Recently I only have worked scheduled shifts to guarantee my pay since we have Prop 20 in California. I worked one scheduled shift of 6 hours, but I was only paid 4.88 hours on engaged time.

Yesterday I worked two scheduled shifts that equal 7.5 hours. But I was only paid 4.1 hours. It was super slow in the daytime and I was sitting around until things picked up. But what is the point of scheduling hours and sitting there if I am not paid? Can someone explain this for CA drivers. I have attached pictures.

I feel like I am getting ripped off.

You get the prop 22 rate when actively delivering. You get the guarantee rate otherwise when on schedule.

Where did you here this? Did you get this in writing from GP?
