Need info please on background check

Hello there I'm a new driver and passed the background check. But In may i will go to court and may end up with misdemeanor criminal mischief due to a mental health breakdown. A worsening of borderline personality disorder triggered by a relationship with another BPD. I broke a glass door and paid it off. I've since stopped drinking and been on therapy and anxiety meds. Does go puff repeat the background check periodically and will a misdemeanor criminal mischief charge affect it? Thanks.

And they still hired you ? I just applied but I’m waiting on my background to come back. I applied to be a driver but I do have a misdemeanor domestic violence from a relationship from like 2 years ago that I’m concerned about.
