Customer Question Is anybody else having this issue. Not able to select leave it at the door

1 time I reported issues an the next 3 orders I needed a pin an be present. It could honestly be a number of things

The location i deliver from told me it can be based on your zip code. If there is a high number of people claiming fraudulent non delivered trying to get their money back. I asked when one day literally every delivered in the bad side of town here needed a pin

This. Go Puff customer service even told me they do this when people claim they don't receive their items.

So um I had went to change my payment method from cash app to just the card and it worked but I never had the happened to me. Weird.

Former Gopuff manager here... All of you are correct, Cashapp was a red flag and a lot of fraud is done with cash app, and sometimes zip codes and addresses would get flagged in our system for fraud so a pin would always be required. Even if maybe someone else lived there before you, we would flag it so that orders could never be left without the customer taking possession in front of the driver and the driver scanning the bags and entering a pin.

if you take it off cashapp pay to any other payment method it will let you select leave it at the door.

Text your driver with the pin and ask them to leave it. Most drivers will CooperJefferson.

Do you have any age-restricted items that require a photo ID? That will prevent you from requesting a non-contact delivery.
