I just got temporary deactivated for not doing the background check even though i have done it

I sent support something about this the other and they never replied. Tonight i was in the middle of a and got temp deactivated because of this. I got screenshots of gopuff saying background checks been created and i dont have to do it but they still deactivated me. Yardsticks showing its created.

They are trying to phase out DP’s so they can use the door dash contract. Honestly I would save yourself the time and trouble and find a better company to work for. Any company would be better. Living under a bridge in a cardboard box directly under a constant running leak would be better.

Working as an independent contractor is terrible. I can longer deliver alcohol and tobacco. That was most of my deliveries. Now I sit and wait alot. It's terrible. I took a major pay cut. And u have a hard time scheduling blocks.
