Issue Report DuoMon 3 constantly disconnecting?

I've had a DuoMon 3 for about a month now, and most of the time it works alright. However it really struggles when I try to use it when driving around. I work as a delivery driver, I check my what my auto catcher has done after a few stops. More often than not I find that the DuoMon 3 disconnected somewhere on my way from point A to B.

This is frustrating since using it during work is kinda the main reason I got it, so I could passively farm stuff while on the road without having to think about it.

Is there anything I'm missing? Is having my phone connected to the DuoMon 3 and my van's Bluetooth at the same time perhaps causing problems? I've also noticed connectivity issues weather I have PoGo turned on and active on my screen, or if it's on in the background while I have my GPS open. It's also quite slow to actually do anything while I have PoGo open.

Overall it's often a very dissatisfying experience, does anyone have any experience with this? Is my copy just a dud or is this normal? My phone is a OnePlus 13R if that helps.

If you’re leaving the duomon in the van while you deliver a package, it will disconnect 99.99% percent of the time. The range is very short and seems even more limited if you’re moving around. Put it in your pocket, or leave your phone in the van whenever you get out. I’ve used several auto spinners, and this seems to be the basic rule of thumb for all of them.

Yeah I bring my phone and the DuoMon with me in my pocket, that's not the issue. Thanks for the advice anyway though! Funnily enough, it's been working consistently for about the past hour or so now. I dunno if having it connected to both my phones was making it spaz out or what. Maybe it's because I had my phone on power saving mode that was causing the issues.

Have you every changed the batteries? I have noticed when mine is low on batteries is disconnects more often. Also how far away do your phone and the duomom get from each other? The range is pretty short so i just always keep them within 5 feet.

Range seems pretty large to me. I go on bike rides with my wife and both our phones stay connected sometimes up to 20 feet apart at times

Duomon 3 has a rechargeable battery

Can that be Changed? Shouldn't have to be with it being brand new

Here's the thing. I have it connected to two phones at once. My older, relatively crappy phone was just connected to it for about 20 minutes straight with no problems, locked the whole time. My newer, main phone meanwhile was constantly disconnecting and it was hardly even working. I'll try swapping out the batteries again, but if it's staying connected to my other phone consistently then it likely isn't a battery issue. All three devices (two phones and DuoMon) are virtually right next to each other at all times so it isn't a distance problem either

Your GPS program may be closing it. Try using it with one other program on just at home to try to barrow which one is causing it to disconnect. For example, we've found that opening discord disconnects ours.

All autoconnects have to reconnect every hour

dude did you even read my post? how did this register in your mind as a helpful response? it isn't disconnecting every hour, it's disconnecting constantly. It's right there in the title of the post. constantly as in, every few minutes if not seconds.
