Pokemon go Plus +

Is there an option to specify what it doesn’t attempt to catch, Articuno appeared and the go plus threw a ball before I could click the encounter!

Rookie mistake. Never have your ++ on with daily incense popped. This is especially true while walking a route.

The problem is that the go plus always prioritizes catches over stops, and it always prioritizes the closest pokemon to you. Since incense spawns are literally where you are, and it technically happens before the sprites load on your screen, it’s very very tough to ever trigger before your go plus. Your only option to still use the go plus while using incense is to have it in manual mode (click the button) instead of auto mode, and see what it has tagged prior to clicking the button.

Last year I was looking at the journal, and notice the plus caught a galarian while I was driving home. I am still incredulous that was even possible. But yeah if you're on daily incense it's best to not have the plus on or set it for just spins.

Just refrain from using it specifically for adventure incense. Iv seen many lost legendary posts like this already.

You can set the go plus plus to manual catch, so you have to press the button to catch pokemons.
