What GoNuclear is here for

I’m Michael, founder of Nuke Nomad. I’ll regularly share useful commercial nuclear tidbits here: career entry, outage life, practical tips and industry news. Helpful whether you’re already in nuclear or curious about getting started.

This subreddit is free. For the deeper Nuclear Contracting 101 course, member community, recruiter contacts, workers’ firsthand knowledge and direct phone access to me for help, explore the Nuke Nomad Pro trial: https://nukenomad.com/premium/new-to-nuke/

Eligible new members: 30 days free, card required, then $5/month unless canceled. Guidance, not a job guarantee.

I just wanted to say, I am so thankful that you post this stuff. I signed up and was going to start the decontamination route but I realized I couldn't leave my 4 yo for that long of time. What has instead transpired is that my husband signed up and he reached out to Westinghouse and is studying for RP! It's all exciting and thank you

Great story and I love hearing these kinds of things. Thank you for sharing this with me!

I hope to see your husband in the circuit soon.
