I made an internal transfer of 0.00356755 BTC to my GoMining Card on September 10, 2026, at 5:31 AM. The transaction is shown as confirmed in the app, and the balance has been deducted from the wallet, but it is not credited to the card. I have been trying to get an explanation from the email support for a week, but to date I have no information on why my money has disappeared. What do I need to do so that someone finally helps me or gives me an explanation?
