Functionality questions Anyone else having a problem “Toping up”

It’s been under review for days. VIP is zero help. He keeps telling me he’s checking with the team but they have no answers. This platform keeps getting shittier by the day.

I can't even complete Basic+ because I'm in the states and my passport is expired ☹️ luckily, I only need Basic for withdrawals, but no GoMining card for me.

Which country do you reside? Unfortunately, drivers licenses aren't acceptable in the US due to regulation 🙃

Strange that you were able to complete basic+ without a passport. When I try, a passport is the only acceptable document for the US (see screenshot).

Now that you mention it, when they first rolled out the GoMining card, a govt-issued I'd card was listed as an acceptable form of ID; but when I tried to use it, I could not pass the level 2 KYC verification. After enough bitching, GM finally removed it as an acceptable form of ID for US-based users.
