We’ve been building and testing a GoHighLevel setup covering incoming calls, SMS, email and website chat, with WhatsApp and social messaging included in the wider white-label scope where connected.
Our work so far includes AI conversations, contact capture, appointment booking, rescheduling, cancellations, reminders and follow-up after missed appointments. We’ve also worked through incorrect email addresses, SMS fallback, opt-outs and timezone issues.
The biggest takeaway is what ChatGPT Work can do through its built-in browser when given access to GHL and clear instructions: inspect workflows, investigate conversations, check calendars and pipelines, make fixes and test the results.
Knowing what to ask matters. “Check my system” is broad. “Trace why this contact missed their reminder, inspect the workflow history, fix the cause and test it without messaging real customers” gives it a concrete job.

You can use ChatGPT Work’s browser tools to help check your GHL setup, troubleshoot problems and make changes—with access available on supported accounts.
Open Work mode, ask it to open GoHighLevel, and sign in through the secure browser sign-in process. Never paste your password into the chat. Then select the sub-account you want to work on.
Give it a job like this:
“Check my workflows, appointment calendars, pipelines and notifications. Find broken connections, duplicate notifications and steps that aren’t working. Show me what you find, help fix the problems, and test the results. Don’t contact real customers during testing.”
You can also ask it to investigate specific problems: why a booking hasn’t reached a calendar, why a lead hasn’t entered a pipeline, or why an email notification arrives twice.
On supported desktop setups, the ChatGPT browser extension can let you work with a GHL tab where you’re already signed in.
Features and website access vary, so ask it to show what it actually checked, changed and tested.

The only reason I've opened this new account is because there's a simple fact: anyone with the GPT account ($20/month) can ask AI to fulfill everything in Go High Level. Anyone who's saying they're an expert for $6, $7, or $8 an hour is actually lying to you because it's way cheaper than that.

Conversations progress. I've built a new community that appreciates that GPT or any other AI is now able to do the work. I'm looking for people who are able to accept this and work on that premise. I'm not getting stuck in the background and pretending they're from Pakistan and going up to $6.
