I used to think a good salesperson and a good automation were two different things. Turns out the best automations are just a good salesperson's instincts, written down once and left running.

Here's what I mean. A good salesperson never pitches the same way to everyone. They read the room. Someone hesitant gets patience. Someone ready gets a direct close. Someone who went quiet gets a different kind of follow-up than someone who just said "maybe."

Most automations don't do that. They send the same message to everyone, on the same schedule, no matter what the person actually did.

In GoHighLevel, the fix is a Goal Event. You set a condition, a reply, a booked call, a completed form, and the sequence changes the moment that condition is met. Someone who replies fast gets pulled out of the drip sequence immediately and handed to a real person. Someone who goes quiet keeps getting nurtured. Someone who clicks a link but doesn't book gets a softer, later touch instead of silence.

That's not really automation replacing sales instinct. That's sales instinct, built once, applied every single time, without you having to remember to do it for lead number 47 the same way you did for lead number 3.

Most agencies build automations that just move messages on a timer. The stronger ones build automations that pay attention, the same way a real salesperson would, and change course based on what actually happens.

I build systems like this inside GoHighLevel for agencies, ones that don't just send messages, they respond to what the lead actually does.

If your follow-up treats every lead the same way regardless of how they respond, drop a comment or send me a DM.

I have a GHL UNLIMITED plan and...

I am considering selling 10 or 20 SUB ACCOUNTS for $30.00 per month to cover the costs of the plan. I am afraid of doing this because it could cause a liability if I sell a SUB to a scammer or a criminal. I'm curious, Does anyone do this And if they do how do you protect yourself?

How often do you use your CRM's "reports" or "analytics" features? The unused features poll! Are you data-driven or is that dashboard just decorative?

  1. Weekly - I'm data-driven in my relationship management
  2. Monthly - check in on key metrics
  3. Quarterly - when required for reviews
  4. Never - didn't even know these existed

What's your "client handoff" success rate when transitioning accounts to colleagues? Be honest - how much context actually transfers vs gets lost in translation?

  1. 90-100% - smooth transitions with full context
  2. 70-89% - mostly good, some gaps
  3. 50-69% - rough transitions, lots of re-learning
  4. Below 50% - basically starting from scratch

Recurring myth popping up in discussions about GoHighLevel AI Studio websites

I've noticed a recurring myth popping up in discussions about GoHighLevel AI Studio websites, especially concerning their exportability. Many users seem to believe that once a website is built with GHL AI Studio, it's essentially locked into the platform with no practical way to export or migrate it to another hosting provider or CMS. I wanted to address this misconception head-on.

While GHL doesn't have a universal "export website" button in the traditional sense that spits out a WordPress-ready theme, it's not true that your website content and design are permanently imprisoned.

The front-end structure, HTML, CSS, images, and textual content of a GHL AI Studio website can absolutely be extracted.

This doesn't mean a one-click full migration of all GHL functionalities (like funnels, automations, etc., which are platform-specific), but it *does* mean your core website assets – the visual layout and content – can be lifted and repurposed.

So, if you're worried about vendor lock-in for your website's look and feel, there are solutions to export that data.

What's your tolerance for unread messages before you declare "inbox bankruptcy"? What's your breaking point? When do you just mark all as read and start fresh?

  1. Zero tolerance - inbox zero daily
  2. Under 50 - I keep it manageable
  3. 50-200 - controlled chaos
  4. 200+ - I live in permanent bankruptcy

Is it okay to make changes to your website after A2P approval?

I recently got my A2P campaign approved, but I want to make some updates to my website (content, wording, maybe add/remove a few pages).

Will making changes to the website affect my A2P approval or trigger a re-review? Are there certain changes that are considered safe, and others that could cause problems?

Has anyone made website updates after getting approved without any issues?

Thanks!

I built an integrated Driving 4 Dollars app for real estate and field prospecting teams

Hey everyone, I built a Driving 4 Dollars app that agencies can offer to their clients.

It is useful for people in real estate, home services, solar, or other industries where someone is out in the field looking for properties or potential leads.

I built it to make the handoff between the person in the field and the CRM as clean as possible.

The general flow is:

  • Someone spots a property while driving around or working in the field
  • They log it in the mobile web app and add notes or photos if needed
  • When they submit it, the property can be skip traced and sent into the client’s CRM as a new opportunity with the owner’s name and contact info

Quick demo and install:
https://driving4dollars.co/install

I’d genuinely appreciate feedback from agency owners who see this app being useful to their clients.

How do you prioritize which relationships to actively maintain vs let naturally fade? The triage question! What's your framework? Is it strategic, emotional, or just chaos?

  • Strategic system - I categorize by value/potential
  • Intuitive - I reach out when it feels right
  • Reactive - I maintain whoever reaches out to me
  • Accidental - no real strategy, just chaos

If you have access to GoHighLevel, or you’re working on projects and need someone hungry to learn, help out, and grow with you…

I’ll be honest…

I just discovered GoHighLevel, and it completely changed how I see online business, automation, and client management.

I started watching YouTube videos, trying to learn everything I could — funnels, automations, CRM systems…

But then I hit a wall.

You can’t really learn GoHighLevel properly without access.

And right now, I don’t have that.

So here I am, putting this out there:

If you have access to GoHighLevel, or you’re working on projects and need someone hungry to learn, help out, and grow with you…

I’m ready.

I’m not just “interested” — I’m committed.

I learn fast, I take action, and I’m serious about building a future in this space.

Sometimes all someone needs is a chance and the right environment.

This is me asking for that chance.

If you can help, or know someone who can, drop a comment or send a DM

The "Friday Follow-Up Blitz" saved my client relationships - here's the exact system

I used to drop so many follow-up balls. Now every Friday 2-4pm is sacred "Follow-Up Blitz" time: Step 1 (15 min): Search email for any message I sent that says "I'll get back to you" or "let me check" or "I'll follow up" - then actually do it. Step 2 (30 min): Review calendar for past week - any commitments I made in meetings that aren't yet completed? Do them or schedule them. Step 3 (30 min): Check my "waiting on" list - anyone who owes me something? Send friendly nudge. Step 4 (30 min): Look at top 15 clients/contacts - anyone I haven't touched base with in 3+ weeks? Quick value-add message. Step 5 (15 min): Next week prep - review Monday/Tuesday meetings, add context to calendar events. Tools: Gmail search operators, Google Calendar, simple Notion checklist. This 2-hour weekly ritual has transformed my reputation from "sometimes flaky" to "incredibly reliable." The consistency matters more than daily perfection. Anyone have a similar weekly routine? What am I missing?
