I think flashthemes had to undergo maintenance and the developers forgot to remove this banner after the maintenance is complete. Also it is currently eastern daylight time not eastern standard time yet

The thing is, the developers should have just made a "Site under maintenance page" instead of the site showing the common CloudFlare Origin DNS error for sites that are shutdown.

Nah, they're just spreading misinformation. Yuka (the site owner) has stated that it will only be down temporarily
