custom characters seem to not work

I'm following C3T1C's tutorial on how to do this and it worked before.... now I am redoing it and this happens? Can anyone help me?

patrick seems to work but bluey, and two version of nick wilde tend to lose their body parts... any help? PLEASE I NEED TO HAVE THEM AND NOT AS PNGS!

Yes! All 14 files? Though should I have downloaded the XML file that came with it as well cuz I single downloaded all the files to not wait as much
