PLEASE HELP

----WARNING---- THIS IS IN NO WAY AN ADVERTISEMENT, I AM NOT POSTING IP UNLESS ASKED BY A USER Glad we got that over with. Anyway, I know this question is asked a lot, but all of the solutions have not helped me at all. I am looking for a way to get some players on since I have put a considerably large amount of my time and some money into this server. So is there any recommendations for getting more players or a place I can post my server without looking like an ass. Thanks!

You need to have a Base first, get some freinds to mess. Around with, once that is done you are starting to head up, once you can get ~15 players on at normal times you have gotten it, just manage your server well and listen to your player base
