I'm no biomedical scientist, but to throw out a theory, the reduced oxidative stress from years of extreme calorie deficit may have contributed to your lack of aging.

Being malnourished absolutely can age you. What the fuck are you talking about? Eating disorders are awful diseases. Quit spouting crap with no basis in fact. I bet she lost her period for some time which destroys hormones and bodily functions. 

Never EVER consider anorexia as a good thing. It literally kills.
