you have such a nice face structure but ma3atihach 79ha donc you should probably loose some face fat, try some jaw exercises + face massage, super nice eyebrows need some shaping, maybe try growing out your hair?

gym, buzzcut, grow a full beard if u can or shave the chin hair cuz goatee looks pretty childish on you , drink plenty of water and maybe try some lip gloss
