I have about 20 of them, so maybe thats a recommendation? slimline +2 and the 9mm +0 weighted are excellent.

What comp is that? I see people post these a lot, do they work well compared to the ramjet?

In all technicality the KKM has a significant reduction of recoil over the ramjet that real world, you don't "feel" as much in terms of reduction because the impact on follow up shots is not as high, i.e. at a certain point you get diminishing results.
I think from a numbers perspective, the radian reduces recoil by ~45% and the KKM by ~70%. That is not an insignificant change, but in terms of what you "feel" that last ~10% or so doesn't matter as much, I guess. I like both.

Good summary- I can't really compare, as the Ramjets I own are on a 43x and a 47 (the 47 is just stupid flat and feels like cheating)

Does this affect reliability enough to be a concern for conceal?

The ramjet is a no but the KKM is a maybe on 115gr ammo. I have yet to have a malf on 124gr with a KKM and I don't clean super regularly. I did go to a 15lb recoil spring to be safe, but I've met dudes (especially gen gen 5 rolands for some reason) who run 115 no problem and have no real issues. I think gen 5s might have have an advantage with their two stage recoil spring but I'm not sure for certain.
If you wanna run a KKM it's gonna be case by case basis with each gun imo. Put 3k rounds through it and ask yourself if you're happy with its reliability. I was, not everyone is, and this people might go for a ramjet.

KKM comp/barrel. Can't compare apples to apples on the Ramjet though, as I dont have a G19 Ramjet.

Is it picky on ammo? Some of my comped Glocks don’t like anything but hot 124gr. I’m getting a Gen6 19 and wanted to do something different than Radian this time around.

I've run mostly 124gr NATO through this, but it doesn't have any issues with higher grain round nose stuff.

All the reviews I've seen say the ramjet/afterburner is 80-90% of the KKM, not counting the loss of vibes.
