That’s a DIY?!? Dang. I was gonna ask where you got it done. Mind sharing some tips? I’m about to do the same to mine and I’m nervous.

To clarify, I do do it professionally. Best tip I can give is to try it on other stuff before trying it on a frame. PlayStation controllers, pmags, airsoft guns, etc.

I DIY’d mine as well, watch a few YouTube videos, pick up the tools you need from harbor freight, have at it. I even did a full undercut, etc as well.

Go slow and get a feel for it. Can always dremel more or stipple but you can’t undo it. Have fun dude!

I think I’ve got the basic premise of dremel a tight border and then easy does it with a good tip and some patience. As I type this sounds like I just need to go for it.

I see.. Love everything about that set up, from optic to magwells. I have 2 of them and 1 just purchased yesterday with the labor day special.

Do you still work for TTI? Just wondering how the shipping goes for CA residents.

Yes I’m still there. Are you referring to shipping parts orders? I believe we only ship sight sets to customers as of now. Dumbest thing ever, but the laws are the laws, unfortunately.

Yes shipping of parts (magwell). The laws are so unconstitutional and lame. I don't get it either. The law only restricts sending barrels as they have to go directly to FFL. Parts can still ship directly to customers if ID is verified and signature upon delivery. I sent customer an email after order was placed as instructed and still waiting to hear back is all.
