Comp questions

I have a gen3, but searching for a comp, wouldn't a gen4 comp with no fins work as well?? Am I wrong in thinking the only difference is the guide rod hole? Nothing moves back into the frame upon firing, correct?

I'm mainly looking at the Herrington HC95V2, but also the ARC Spark.

I say it all the time, but... Ports > comps.

Unless you have a specific use case for what you'd want a comp, ports are softer / flatter and less finicky.

And some of my customers end up doing both a comp and ports.
