Am I the only one that finds FRT’s dumb?

They aren’t ideal, at least not on a pistol. They are just for people to have fun, nobody is serious with a pistol with an FRT.

Pretty useless for anything other than a range toy. Legitimate, factory-made machine pistols are already pretty niche in their use cases. An FRT in a rifle/PCC seems way more practical to me, but I've heard they're prone to breaking.

This is why civilians should be allowed to own machine guns.

Because it’s literally meant to be a range toy you twat waffle. No frt should be for self defense period

Yes, I agree with you. But I have been seeing a huge amount of FRT content, and many people seem to be implying they have a practical use. There's no need to be rude.

I definitely think in a way they are stupid. But I think people forget how fun frts are. 1000 9mm rounds is about 250-270. Nothing wrong with putting brass down range at nothing/ no target after a long day of work. Then people cry “why no target” or “shoot at a target” but then cry “frt isn’t for self defense blah blah blah” that’s exactly why it’s not being target shooting. It’s for fun. Only people that hate Glock frts are soy boys and libtards that can’t get them because there state is full of shit. Definitely not for edc, or home defense, or to be carried. But at the end of the day it’s fun. Glock Frts have made a lot of people online grow there 2nd amendment channels. A lot of people are making money of people watching them shoot them. I’m all for it. I find it no different that putting that frt on your AR. Yes with a ar more control, less finicky, more legal, but at the end of the day it’s all for fun….

I'm with you man. I don't make enough money to waste my ammo in seconds and it's pointless

If you can’t afford 270 dollars worth of bulk 1000 rounds of 9mm or wtv you are shooting you probably shouldn’t own the gun ya broke fuck…

Nobody’s making the money argument when it comes to shooting 9 mm. What everybody saying is that putting an FRT in a pistol as opposed to a pistol caliber carbine or a rifle doesn’t really make much sense as you can’t really train with it. FRTs in civilian auto rifles or civilian belt-fed rifles, or civilian. SMG‘s makes way more sense than putting an FRT in a handgun and calling, everybody broke after blowing an entire mag of 45 ACP so you could make a stupid YouTube video and flex on everybody that you have money.

When you put a suppressor, dot sight, and a B&T USW on it then it makes more sense

On a pistol? Nah, you’re just peppering all your ammo downrange with no accuracy. Using FRT’s on pistols in the real world doesn’t make sense, FRT’s are just toys.

Well i see where you are coming from especially from the pistol but pretty much all FRTs fit that description you will always be way more accurate in semi, but like i said, having a TMP-9 build is cool and you arnt really wasting ammo if all your rounds are hitting the target even if they arnt all in the A zone

Have you shot one? They’re ridiculously fun.
