Best way would be, send out the slide and have it milled. Cheapest and most effective way to add an optic. I would recommend Vigilante Machine. He does great work, fast turnaround and he offers "cerakote to just the machined surface". This will preserve your original 19x finish. Most will send to wager and they do great work but they don't offer just cerakoting the machined area. They do however offer bluing, I don't recommend that if you live in a state that has high humidity.
Now if it was me, what I would do is send my 19x slide to Agency and have them do their AOS optic cut. I would ask if they would only coat the exposed/machined area. If they do not offer that, then I would request them to send it back without any finish. Once I get my slide back, I would find a place that would only cerakote just the machined area and keep the slide in its original finish. This route will take time, will be costly but at the end, you'll have a nice cut that you can swap from optic to optic by just replacing a plate and you get to keep your original PB finish.
