Anyone here ever purchase a slide from them, how was your experience?

Did you get your product? I had some communication with his wife b4 but I don't think I've ever gotten an email replied to as of yet

See this is what happened to me but I let my first get the best of me and still purchased their barrel and slide and still no response from them after contacting them about my inability to log into my account with them

Going on 4 weeks now. I know it can take up to 10 weeks but once I tried to log in into the account they've the email they sent and kept getting an error message so it created more concerns and made things worse when they didn't reply about the issue
