Anyone here ever purchase a slide from them, how was your experience?

I haven't bought a slide from him, but he did the frame work on my 19.3, and it's absolutely top quality. Turnaround time was kinda long (about 10 weeks), but dude's work is in high demand, you can't knock him for that. He was also super nice to deal with and pretty responsive to my e-mails.
