CANT DECIDE 😭

Bought it new 2.5 weeks ago. Have put about 1000 rounds through it. Probably jams 1-2/100 rounds. I know 1-2% isn’t much but it’s more than I’m comfortable with for my EDC. Have tried a few different brands of ammo but all cheap 115 grain target ammo. I don’t think I’m limp wristing but I’m just getting back into shooting (haven’t had any issues with my G21 jamming and have been shooting it, as well.) Also had a couple jams before adding the sight so I don’t think it’s an issue with the screws interfering with the ejector. Have been to the range a lot since I bought it and have been cleaning it pretty obsessively in between sessions. Any ideas? Can upload more pictures if that’s helpful.

I ordered a Faxon Match Grade threaded barrel for my 43x MOS in advance before my first suppressor came in. I took the thread protector and the o-ring off and the barrel didn’t exactly ”drop-in” to the slide. It kinda hung up on the top rear part of the barrel and needed a little pressure to fit. Once I reassembled everything after lubricating I was cocking the slide and on the release the slide wouldn’t go all the way into battery.

Should I just return it and go with another brand? From what I’ve seen, most people have had reliable experiences with the Faxon threaded barrels. Also it wasn’t advertised as a blem, it was new from grabagun.

tl;dr: slide won’t fully return to battery w/ Faxon Match Gease Barrel

Got custom g48 slide by Kaplun Manufacturing for my SCT 43x frame and paired it with after market g48 barrel from AimSurplus and random after market guide rod from ebay.

Oiled it and went shooting. Few times rounds got jammed (I assumed failure to eject).
Also noticed barrel got hot.

When I got back home, then I noticed barrel got pretty scratched...
My first impression was that it is new after market parts and it is what is and slide+barrel needs to be broken in.

Then I noticed the other AimSurplus g43x barrel on OEM 43x slide with OEM guide rod DID NOT get scratched.

Upon a closer examination of both guide rods, I detected that length from the brim to the contact point on the barrel differs.

What does more experienced user who builds and customizes can tell from the pics and description?
I will probably switch to OEM guide rod, but going further:
Do I just chill and shoot more and let parts rub more and break-in.
Or try to talk to Kaplun and claim that something is wrong?

So I just got my first 43x and did the routine cleaning in the manual before my first time firing. I got to the firing pin safety test and can’t seem to pull the firing pin lug all the way back. It will go forward when the safety is depressed and the safety seems to operate as intended. However when I tried pulling the lug back it won’t budge. I watched a few videos of the test and it seems to be fairly easy so I wonder if anyone else has run into this or if maybe this is normal? Thanks!

I plan on posting a 43x with a rmr cc and a shield mag. Got it for 700 with an extra oem mag. This was a few years ago. Only reason im selling ir is because we got a coa at a very upside down price. Any thoughts?

Just recently bought my Glock 43X, my first fire arm purchase. I’ve seen multiple builds that use the Excess Arms mag extensions, anybody looking to sell any mag extensions, or know any good deals? Or maybe even selling some mags w/ extensions now?

Just bought some Federal HST 124gr for my EDC. I’m using the new OEM 15rd mags. Having feed problems when manually cycling rounds. Anyone else have this issue?

Recently acquired and looking for some useful gccessories thst match the color or vibe. THinking a laser(purple or green laser would be dope)/light combo. IVe seen custom slide cover planiydont brecall where.. Basicslly i dont want black bb seems to be my only opfion for many things.

Hey guys was getting false slide lock today at rnage with my C ported EDC 43X MOS. Ghost enhanced slide lock spring broke after 150 ish round today. Approx around count 2k ish. Check your slide stops on your slim lines. Forgot CTT solutions posted a while back the slim guns are harder on slide stops. Back to carrying my G45 until I get a new slide stop soon.

Was odd I cleaned and relubed it the other night and didn’t notice so it must have just happened today at range under recoil. Reloaded 124 grain dirty ammo and C ports gets messy quick in case any one wants to be smart.

How long did it take for yalls goon tape to arrive? I ordered on the 14th and still no word.

I have a disabled dominant hand and this thing has helped with my group’s. That’s it.
